To prepare the ingredients
- Wash and drain the vegetables
- Finely slice the lettuce heart and zucchini
- Cut the tomatoes into slices
- Peel and finely chop the onion
- Peel and chop the garlic
- Cut the meat into thin strips
Preparation
- Mix the yoghurts with the garlic, salt and pepper and put them in the refrigerator
- Split each pita ¾ way through lengthwise
- Fill each pita with the vegetables and the meat, drizzle with olive oil and yoghurt mixed with garlic, and then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
