- Whisk or electric beater
- Fondue pot and heater
- Fondue forks
Preparation
- Beat whole egg in a large bowl, adding 1/3 cup (100 ml) milk and sugar
- Then cut brioche into cubes Add brioche cubes to bowl, letting bread soak in preparation for a few minutes
- Then brown brioche pieces in butter in a pan
- Bring to a boil remaining ¾ cup milk in a small saucepan
- Remove saucepan from heat and stir in chocolate pieces, cocoa powder and
- Grand Marnier, a little at a time Stir well until mixture is homogenous and smooth
Presentation
- Pour mixture into fondue pot Place pot over heater and spear brioche pieces onto forks, dipping them in hot chocolate
